Todd Moore
Owner
Todd currently owns MCG Sports, a sports and lifestyle marketing company located in Davidson, NC. Moore served as the executive vice-president of SFX/Cotter Group from 1994-2001. His extensive NASCAR experience dates back to 1985 where he worked for the International Speedway Corporation (ISC), who owns fourteen major racing facilities including the Daytona International Speedway in Florida and sister company NASCAR.
One of Moore’s most memorable experiences in his career was to have the opportunity to work with the founder of NASCAR, Bill France Sr. for several years. Moore became the General Manager of the Watkins Glen International Speedway and in 1994 partnered with Tom Cotter to help develop Cotter Group into a truly integrated sports marketing and communications business. He has over 18 years of motorsports experience in marketing, sales, facilities management, team negotiations, corporate marketing, strategic consultation and business planning.

Stephen Moffitt
Director, Corporate Development
Stephen joined MCG Sports in March 2005, bringing over 14 years of motor sports experience and knowledge in marketing, licensing, sales, team negotiations, and strategic consultation. He currently serves as Director of Corporate Development and manages the company’s daily business. Stephen obtained a degree in Sports Management from Greensboro College.
He currently resides in High Point, NC with his wife, Shannon and their two children.

Jill Stierli
CFO
Jill joined MCG Sports in June 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. She brings over 20 years of financial services experiences to the firm through her former positions in the consulting, legal and public accounting fields. Prior to joining MCG Sports, she was employed at Davidson Capital, a wealth management firm, where she specialized in working with NASCAR drivers.
Stierli graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a degree in Business Administration. She has been a CPA for over 20 years. She currently resides in Davidson, NC with her husband and daughter.

Geoff Huber
Event Manager
Geoff serves as the Hospitality and Event Manager at MCG Sports. Huber, who has more than 15 years of experience in event management, joined MCG Sports in December of 2006. He has spent much of his career working at PR firms, including Ogilvy Public Relations and the Cotter Group, where he worked alongside his present boss, Todd Moore.
The Columbus, Ohio native has worked with many impressive clients, including Mercedes-Benz, John Deere, Lowe’s, Sears, Motorola, and HBO Films; just to name a few. Prior to event management, Huber spent 18 years in the airline industry. A proud Navy veteran, Huber majored in Psychology at the University of Guam.

Mindy Walker
Account Manager
Mindy Ann joined MCG-Sports in November 2008 to manage the Paralyzed Veterans of America account. She focuses heavily on business-to-business opportunities to raise critical funds for their members as well as donation drives around NASCAR tracks and festival venues to help increase awareness and raise money.
During her senior year as an undergrad at East Carolina University, Mindy Ann signed up for a NASCAR Diversity internship where she moved to Loudon, New Hampshire to complete a summer internship at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Public Relations and Marketing. Since then, she’s been immersed in every facet of the industry. She’s organized events small and large, she’s worked with two of the most respectable drivers in the industry, Richard Petty and Terry Labonte, and has enjoyed building life-long relationships over the past few years.
Mindy Ann was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina and is a big supporter of ECU athletics. She graduated ECU with a B.S. in Merchandising and Business in December 2001 and a Master’s degree in Exercise Sports Science in May 2006. She currently resides in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Jill Kruger
Services Manager
Jill joined the the MCG Sports staff in January of 2007 taking over as Services Manager. The University of Florida graduate's experience in the services side of the business dates back to her time at Family Dollar’s headquarters in Matthews, NC and her most recent job as personal assistant to the CEO of a food brokerage company.
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 2002, Jill relocated to the Charlotte area to start her career in the corporate world. She now resides in Troutman, NC with her husband and son.

Derek O’Rourke
Director
Derek leads the Event side of MCG’s business. He has an eclectic professional background, starting in advertising at BBDO in 1996, moving on to the golf business as a teaching professional at St. Ives Country Club and Atlanta Athletic Club in Duluth, GA from 1996 - 2001, and then moving on to the world of brand and event marketing from 2002 to today with a number of agencies including IMG Live, The GEM Group and Vivid Marketing.
Most notable among Derek’s clients have been The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, MillerCoors, Nokia, ESPN and Kodak. For those brands he has performed a number of roles including sponsorship evaluation and strategy development, brand marketing, sponsorship activation and experiential marketing program execution. That work, the bulk of which was done as the Account Director on Vivid’s flagship clients Pepsi and Coors, has given Derek the opportunity to interact with a number of high-profile properties and governing bodies, among them the U.S. Olympic Committee, The NFL, MLB, MLS, NASCAR, The Alliance of Action Sports, and X-Games (ESPN).
Derek grew up in Cortlandt Manor, New York and graduated from Arizona State University. He lives in Wake Forest, North Carolina with his wife Traci and his son Everett. He is an avid golfer, a huge sports fan and a fitness enthusiast.

Kevin Babusiak
Tournament & Foundation Director
Kevin Babusiak was born and raised in Schererville, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in 2002 with a B.S. in Sport Marketing and Management. While in college, he completed internships with the Northern Texas PGA Section and the American Junior Golf Association with concentrations in tournament operations and management. From 2003 – 2005, Babusiak worked for the Golf Channel and managed a year-long junior golf skills competition called the “Drive, Chip & Putt Junior Golf Challenge.” In the winter of 2005, he moved to Raleigh, North Carolina and joined OnSport as an Event Manager and later was elevated to the role of Consultant. While at OnSport (now Wasserman Media Group), Babusiak was responsible for the strategy and activation of Nationwide Insurance’s umbrella sponsorship of the Nationwide Tour. As Nationwide’s on-site liaision, he worked with the PGA TOUR and individual Nationwide Tour tournaments to manage all contractual elements, branding and marketing iniatiatives, and on-site consumer activation. He also consulted Nationwide Insurance management on ways to maximize its sponsorship assets while increasing consumer awareness and purchase decision.
In January 2009, Babusiak joined the MCG Sports team as Tournament Director for the Richard Petty Charity Golf Classic, managing event operations and sponsorship sales. Also, as Director of the Petty Family Foundation, Babusiak is responsible for all fundraising efforts and activities for the Petty Family’s philanthropic arm. Babusiak married his wife Kate in March 2006, and their son Gavin was born in November 2007.
